Hi All,
please help me with this trouble.
purchased a Swift 3 i5 10Gen about a month ago.
Been using it smoothly and suddenly encountering a problem with the display not coming up. As I can see I have power and Fan spinning. Keyboard LEDs on. I need help to fix this ASAP. I’ve been using the laptop to work from home during to Covid-19 and now I’m all stuck as if I’m offline. No stores are open atm. Please help me resolve this and get back online ASAP.

Appreciate yo ur suggestions and comments. Thank you.

Shut laptop off by pressing and holding the power button for about 5 seconds. Remove charger. Gently insert paperclip into battery reset pinhole on bottom for about 10 seconds. Let machine rest for 15 minutes. Then plug the charger back in. Turn the machine back on. Jack E/NJ

    Model N19H4 i5 10th Gen Swift 3

i tried some basic troubleshooting after speaking to the seller as the product still holds warranty.

    Did a Bios reset.
    Removed HDD and fixed again
    RAM is integrated.
    It holds a Nivida processor.

    No luck yet.

No Jack. I seems to have no luck with the keys except the power key. I plugged a HDMI as well. No sign of activity of graphics.
  • have you checked if the image is displayed on an external hdmi monitor?

    Nope. No signal.
I had the keyboard blinking on and off continuously as it has backlights.
I removed the backlid and removed the bios/ssd/power cable and put it back. After that now I have the keyboard backlights lighting continuesly.

Is there a way I can contact you over a call or something like WhatsApp or anything other voice calls?

Try this. Remove the charger. Gently insert and hold a paperclip into the battery reset pinhole again. While still holding the paperclip into the reset hole, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. The machine should not show any signs of turning on or LEDs lighting during this operation. After releasing the paperclip and power button, plug the charger back in. Then, cross your fingers, and press the power button again. Jack E/NJ
