I wanted to turn on my Pc as usual but after i pressed the power button my Pc started to turn itself on but stopped after like 2 seconds. I tried it several times but it didnt work. Then I unplugged the power and put it back in then suddenly when the cabel was back in the power button started to light up but nothing happened then i pressed it and after a few seconds my Pc started to do a loud constant beep. While that nothing was working and it didnt stop until I turned the power off. I dont know what to do now, please help. Thank you!

The loud beep is telling you there is a RAM failure during POST. Try reseating the memory modules to see if that helps.

I know i have posted it on a different question section, but I think this one is the more appropriate for that question. I hope that isnt too inconvenient.
