Hi,

I am trying to create a dual boot windows 10 and windows 8.1 boot system.
When i am trying to install windows 8.1 which i bought from ebay on windows 10,
I encountered no custom installation menu for choosing partiton to install as below after accepting the agreement.

Anyone has successfully installed another windows operating system on top of windows 10 dual boot system?

Regards,
Thomas Koh

your always going to run the risk of a messed up bootloader which leaves you with 2 options:
    1.  install one as a vm under the other using virtualbox or vmware etc
    2.  load one on a physically separate drive (and disconnect the first drive before installing the second OS).  Then to go between 8 and 10, use the F12 key on boot (enable it in the bios first) and choose which drive to boot from (that keeps your bootloaders totally separate and you'll not have any issues when one or the other updates)
