Greatings!

A few days ago, I bought a PH315-52-756Q Helios 300 from the acer shop in my country. Sadly the cpu i not factory undervolted (all the tests show this, -0,125V). I asked them and they answered that not one of this helios 300's in their inventory is undervolted...

The cpu does run very hot (92-95 Celsius in warhammer 2), but the gpu is fine (less then 80 Celsius).

My question would be, is it possible that Acer sells these in my country (Hungary) without this undervolt (so there are different models not all with this undervolt)? Or do I have a Lemon (as badly configured, not hardware faulty)?

Is there an easy way to have the factory undervolt with warranty? Or did I do something wron when isntalling windows (I bought one without it, I had a legal key for a win 10 pro)?

Thx for helping me!

Yes there is an easy way to Undervolt
Undervolt with one of the custom Throttlestop packages designed by one of our trusted gamers, they are easy to use, well tested and safe. Report back

Thank you very much! I already found a guide about it on youtube, but I'm gonna save this, this will be easier if I have to reinstall windows. A word of warning for those who google for this, my helios 300 was undervolted (throttlestop did show it), but for some reason my hwinfo did not show it (so I left as it is, the recommended safe value is 0,125V). Now my temperatures are much better :)
