Shutdown with Windows Start key corrupts, OK with Acer's Quick Acess Power Button?

Model: Aspire 5 a515-54G-70AG, no SSD, 4 GB mem.
When I shutdown with the Windows Start key and reboot (power button) system starts slow (should be Fast Startup) causing 2 serious errors in Event Viewer:
Event ID 6008 (Eventlog): Logged as a dirty shutdown.
Event ID 29 (Kernel-Boot): failed fast startup with error status 0xC00000D4 (A fatal error occurred processing the restoration data; hiberfil.sys corrupted)
Windows doesn't sign out of all user sessions (UAC issue?) or unable to shut down an app.

When I shutdown with Acer's Quick Access Power Button (see below) the booting goes super fast and not a single error in Event Viewer (2 days now)

Microsoft TechNet examined all my records:
msinfo32, mini dumps, drivers, hosts, install, uninstall, services, startup, event viewer and DXDIAG files and concluded that my Bios was out of date (1.11 should be 1.16) and that one Intel network adapter driver was broken (I reinstalled latest version of the Intel network driver set and flashed to BIOS 1.16).
Microsoft now recommends to disable Fast Startup for my laptop (hardware compatibility issue?) which works OK without any errors but booting is slow.
Windows and all drivers are up to date, DISM-SFC reports no system integrity issues, mem. and HDD checked OK, have no problem devices, nothing is disabled and I have no other problems.

While waiting for a possible fix from Microsoft, anybody has an idea why this occurs?

After the March 24, 2020—KB4541335 update the 2 Fast Startup errors 29 and 6008 in Event Viewer no longer occur. I will test this a bit longer. I am not using the Acer Power plan now but the Windows recommended Balance plan and have both Hibernate and fast Startup enabled.

I read on different Windows10 forums about the pros and cons of Windows new default "Fast Startup" feature (hot topic) and that many users disabled it because of GPU driver issues/event errors. Since I also cannot use this Windows10 default power setting with my Start-Power key (not pressing the Shift key also) on Acer's Aspire 5 a515-54G without causing 2 fatal Event errors I made two boot shortcuts one for the Fast (red icon) and on for full (long) shut down with a message (blue icon) that allows you 30 seconds to close any open apps or abort, and pinned those 2 icons to my taskbar. I tested both booting methods all day and did not get any errors in Event Viewer. The Power function in Acer's Quick Access works OK but the shutdown commands can be customized (many different options).

That was short lived, got the 2 errors again 29 and 6008. I've given up, spent too much time on this issue and now permanently disabled Fast Startup as this feature is not compatible with my new Acer Aspire 5 a515-54G laptop with 2 graphics cards.
