Go to Device manager find the keyboard, highlight then right click uninstall the keyboard (not update driver), restart and the keyboard will be reinstalled with updated drivers

Please click YES if I answered your question

I am not an ACER employee
Thank you and have a blessed day  B)

What keyboard have you got? As and if its a specialised keyboard then its better to go to that keyboards site and download the appropriate driver for your particular keyboard model, because MS does not have all the keyboard drivers for Win-10, try that.

my keyboard is from Acer Aspire E5-576-392H
Then go to "Device Manager" and completely uninstall the keyboard driver, reboot and see if that fixes the problem, otherwise, download the keyboard driver for your Acer Aspire E5-576-392H from Acer and do the same and reinstall the driver again. Also, there could be something wrong with your keyboard, it could be that the cable is not plugged in properly or has come lose. To see and fix if "the keyboard is not plugged in properly or has come lose" you have to open the back cover to allowyou to open the front cover and inspect the keyboard connecting cable, if that dosent fix your problem, then, get a new keyboard, as keyboard drivers rareley go wrong unless the keyboard is faulty or their cables and motherboard plug is damaged or not pugged in properly.
