FPS drope from 100 to 25

...acer ... i have Acer predator helios 300 ph317-52 first few months everything worked fine until now, for past month i have issues with overheating and frames drope.
i play smite a lot and i had around 100fps in this game and now i have 25 fps in same game, when i start i get good fps but after 10minutes when pc overheat to 98degrees celsius game starts lagging 25fps i cant play smite because of that!!!!! i used to play GTA 5 all settings on medium and 4k resolution on external monito, not same gta 5 lags like crazy on low and 1080p resolution on booth external or original laptop monitor, i even reinstalled windows from scratch and nothing helps!!!! i even undervolt my cpu to -140v core voltage offset  with xtu and disabled turbo boost, with predator sense i set coolboost and set fans to max but nothings works, i updated drivers and windows 10 i tryed everythings i found on internet and nothing works, i literary cant play any game on laptop, i tryed game from year 2005  and even old games that doesent need much resources are lagging/stuttering, i payd over 1000euros for this laptop, with my stationary computer with i5 2500k and worst graphic than here i can play games normaly on better conditions than on i7 8750h with gtx 1050ti.... i even upated bios, but nothing helps... its corona virus out there and i need to stay at home with laptop that doesent work.......... im gonna die out of nerves breakdown... acer i want answer and dont start me  i read a lot of forums and a lot of peoples complain that helios 300 has this issues!!!!! fix this send technician to my home so he can fix this laptop now!!!

    Replicator01 first of all im sorry youre having issues with your unit but swearing wont take u anywhere so (have some respect) for all the community users as we are here only voluntary on our free time we dont work fr acer neither this community its an acer direct support channel you dont get to come here and demand or whatever issues you have so take it easy and you will get proper help.

    Some steps you might want to take firstly you need to optimize your windows properly (if you havent already check my signature) remove xtu (reset to defaults remove shutdown reset bios to defaults) and use TS instead after if your thermal issues persist you should contact acer support for a repaste or if you can do it yourself without voiding your warranty (if no warranty seals/stickers anywhere ) you can open it and repaste it with kryonaut or similar and also cleaning the fans/exit airflow properly and when gaming keep the back lifted 2/3 inches for a proper airflow disabling the turbo boost its not an option you are killing the performance (if some games require your cpu to boost they wont work properly) make sure youre on dual channel min 16gb i recommend hyperx or vengeance good luck :)

    Again reminding you that you dont get to come here demanding anything if you want to demand contact acer support directly as we are not support neither their employees and not all countries have the option of the engineers going to the customer home the major you have to send it to the service center

    Contact Acer support for your region, this is NOT an Acer official support site, we are a community of users just like you 
    It does sound like Thermal paste degredation, repaste with Grizzly Kryonaut
