    • Intermittent Black Screen Please Help

    Hello Everyone,

    This issue just started a few days ago.  I have an s271hl that I use as secondary monitor connected to my laptop via HDMI.  Every 1 to 5 minutes, the ACER will turn black and then come back on (it doesn't actually turn off, the screen just goes black for 2-3 seconds.  Any ideas on how to correct this issue would be greatly appreciated!

      Fist perform triage but if just the secondary monitor, sounds like the monitor. Might try ctrl-shft-win-B and see if it comes back.
