I made a series of very dumb decisions one right after another.

Origin of the problem: I got my new Acer Nitro 5 yesterday and signed up using a phone number. Because of this, the phone number was the default name for my Admin account. Today I tried to change the name. A tech blog showed up as one of the first search responses on google and it offered to solutions. The first solution was using the control panel, but the option for changing my name wasn’t there so I went for the second solution (which was very dumb.) It said to change the name through the Advanced Control Panel. This worked, but I immediately started getting a bunch of errors about there being no mapping between ID’s. When I went to change it back in the Advanced control panel, no username was even there anymore, and at this point my computer was glitching out and I couldn’t open settings. So I decided to revert my PC back to before I’d done something so stupid. When my computer turned back on it was reverted but operating very slowly and every time I opened the browser it immediately shut. So I shut down the computer and hoped that when it turned back on it would be fixed. Now I have an automatic repair screen. It can’t diagnose my PC.

Solutions I’ve Tried:
Resetting my PC: It won’t let me. “There was a problem resetting your PC”

Booting Windows off a USB: I have no USB with Windows Installation software and I can’t get on to my PC to get it.

REG Files: Solution some people said worked that I found a tutorial to on YouTube where you use all the backups and copy them. Everything worked up until I restarted the computer and nothing had changed.

I got an Acer Nitro a couple weeks ago and had to send it back because of a factory defect. I MUST fix this computer. Any solutions?
