Hello, I am new to chromebook and no nothing about it except how to get on the internet and I just learned how to download apps from the googleplay store. So please excuse me if I ask the most basic questions. I even had to google how to figure out what channel my chromebook was on. So, anyway, I am on my doctors patient portal and it is allowing me to download my medical history, but when I download or even just try to view it, this message appears:
javax.xml.transform.transformerexception: com.sun.org.apache.xml.internal.utils.WrappedRuntimeException: The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data markup

I have no idea what it means, what to do, what java is or xml, I know nothing! Please help! Thank you in advance!

Java is a scripting language that most computers understand, XML is a document format that most languages can use. It sounds as if there might be a bug in the website that is trying to pass corrupted data to Java using the XML format. You will likely have to contact the doctors office and they will have to contact the vendor who supplied the software they are using. Most likely they'll just print and mail the info to you.
