Acer Aspire E15 E5-575T-3678 can't use internet, Bluetooth and sound

ive tried network reset, all types of ways, WON'T WORK.

pls help I need to use the internet.

    Hi @DaequanNunez ,

    did you tried to update the drivers ?
    If not please follow the instructions given below.

    1. Click Start, type Device Manager, and press Enter.
    2. Find the Network adapters and there you will able to see a drop down arrow when you click that you will get drivers list. in that You will find Wi-Fi driver or wireless driver. 
    3. Right-click the device, and click Uninstall
    4. After that restart the computer and try to connect the internet.

    my computer just shut off before I even did it, and it's not charging, this isn't the first time today.

    it just suddenly shut off, and it's not charging. This isn't the first time it's happened, btw I wasn't able to go to the device manager due to the computer shutting of

    Hi @DaequanNunez
    Try a small step called power drain.
    Unplug all the cables if incase there is any cables connected with computer. Flip your computer upside down you will be able to see a tiny pinhole there. insert a small paper clip into that and hold it for 30 sec.

    after, you need to check that are you able to get into the BIOS or not. 
    1. Power on the system. As soon as the first logo screen appears, immediately tap on F2  key continuously to enter the BIOS.
    2. Press F9 and then Enter to load the default configuration.
    3. Press F10 and then Enter to save and exit.
