Uninstall, don't just disable, any non-Microsoft virus scanner like Norton, McAfee, etc. All most people need are Windows Defender and malicious software removal tool which are updated regularly. Jack E/NJ

There should be settings in nvidia control panel to force game executables to use the 2060 graphics instead of the integrated graphics  Jack E/NJ

melvinyeo313 optimize your windows properly and see if anything changes also you can try to remove both and reinstall them or even try older drivers (on apex only ) cod needs the newest ones and of course keep and eye on your temps if you havent undervolted yet you probably should check here

May be your graphic card not updated, you don't have nvidia software and your games may be running in integrated graphic not dedicated RTX2060

Add your game in nvidia software to play in dedicated graphic card.

    Download NEW ONE from link

    https://www.nvidia.in/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-in

Select your graphic card and download game ready driver. This will update your gpu driver

Nvidia software provide the best possible gaming experience for all major games. From early access through the lifecycle of the game, NVIDIA's driver team continues to exhaustively test all major milestones so they can optimize performance, maximize stability, and perfect overall gameplay functionality.

(Always play while plug in to get full performance and set power plan high performance)
