Hi,
I’m currently using a Swift 3 - 57G-55TL and it has Wifi 6 AX201 160MHz build in. But unfortunately after months of using, the wifi adapter just keep getting disconnected (sometimes the Bluetooth too) and after restarting the computer, it still doesn’t work.

I’ve tired and disable and enable the driver and update the driver but It still doesn’t work.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

    Hi @LimCai ,
     try below mentioned troubleshooting step.

Uninstall the driver Intel {R} Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160 MHz and restart the computer.
For Bluetooth issue uninstall the  Intel Bluetooth drivers and restart the computer.
while you restarting the computer the uninstalled drivers will automatically reinstall with the updates.

    Hi LimCai,
Did you try to reinstall or update the drivers. It shows a error on the wifi driver with the triangle symbol. So try to reinstall the drivers and check the computer.

The AX200 and AX201 cards are pretty new, and using new technology. I expect Intel will be doing updates fairly often until they get the bugs ironed out. I picked up an AX200 card recently and plan on installing it in one of my systems to see how well the WiFi 6 works. I already have the router to upgrade my old AC environment.

    I have the same problem.

Disable and enable the driver and update the driver doesn’t work.
Reinstall or restart also doesn't work.

Does anyone know how to solve?

@JanVer it would be better to start a new thread for your issue, since this one is over a year old. Which driver version are you running right now? What model computer do you have? My AX201 is on driver version 22.80.1.1.

    Acers Swift 3 SF314-58-58XS with driver 21.90.1.1
However, I had the problem never before.
It started just from the moment that I installed a new Acer Aspire C24-1650 I5528 NL All-in-One in our network.

What router do you have? Some (especially ISP provided ones) are set to handle a maximum number of clients, and so the last two to connect will fight for who gets access.

I'm getting this issue as well. Have rolled back the driver, uninstalled it a few times and even updated the software to W11 and yet evertime I get it working again it will break when I use the computer again.... Pretty annoying for a new device.

@Nawor do you have the same model laptop? What version of the AX201 driver are you running?
