I have nitro laptop and unable to boot after removing optane

    Hi,
    Yes, you should have disabled the Intel Optane prior to removing it, just reinsert the Optane, switch the SATA mode to "RST with Optane"  and start the laptop normally, then follow the instructions in the link:https://drtechnno.com/2018/06/13/tutorial-how-to-upgrade-intel-optane-memory-to-m-2-ssd/
    I have the exact same laptop and the same problem - I can't boot after removing Optane. I disabled Optane in the RST app and in the SATA mode in BIOS, but my laptop says no bootable devices after removing the Optane drive.

    That link you posted is now dead, I'm not sure what to do.
