CPU fan not working, and need to know if I voided my warranty

I got my predator laptop about a year ago and my CPU fan stopped working. I've checked my predator sense and it says it is running at 0 pm. I was going to send it back to the warranty to get it repaired, but I didn't know if I voided it. The only things I've done to it added a new/extra SSD in the 2.5 in SATA drive slot. (I do not know if I took any stickers off of it).

Tank12 seems to me youre from the US correct ? if so no you didnt voided your warranty there arent any warranty stickers in the US/CA (same in the UK depending on each seller/shop) any user can self repair any devices themselves which wont void the warranty unless you damage something else by doing so just bare in mind in US/CA that if its a 2019 model you only have 1 year warranty and only the older 2017/18 models still have 2 years the warranty policy was changed in the beginning of 2019 for the newer models

Without you being able to remember if you had a “Warranty Void if Removed” sticker on the back, there is no way to know if you voided the warranty. If you had the sticker you voided the warranty, if you didn’t have the sticker then you didn’t void the warranty. You could contact Acer Support and they may know if you had the sticker
I’m sorry but this is the answer to your question

Please click YES if I answered your question

I am not an ACER employee
Thank you and have a blessed day  B)
