I bought an AX-1930-UR30P many years ago and I was trying to upgrade the CPU of it for the second time, but it turns out 3rd gen intel chips aren't supported by the motherboard. Anyone know of a bios update I can give it to allow this or should I just get a newer motherboard?

You will have to get a new MB to support newer chips. You might also have to get new RAM for the new MB as well.

It supports second gen intel core chips just fine, I'm certain the only thing it needs is a bios update, but I can't find one for an H61H2-AD board online.

Unfortunately, the second gen and third gen require different chipsets. That's why the second gen work and the third gen do not. It's not a matter of an updated BIOS.

Yes, the X1930 supports the i7-2600 CPU.
