It's supposed to support 144hz, however I'm stuck at 60hz

    Hello,
Could you give me the first ten characters of the monitor serial number (S/N) and also the part number (P/N)?

    Hello,
    Thanks.
    1. Do you use the DisplayPort cable shipped with the monitor
    2. What model of laptop or desktop do you use with the monitor, especially the graphics board?
    3. Do you get the same refresh rate through DisplayPort and HDMI?

    1. Yes, it's the same DisplayPort cable that came with the monitor
    2. I have a custom build desktop. Graphics card is AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
    3. The refresh rate is the same for both HDMI and DP

    Hello,
Did you also install the monitor driver?

I think I did. It didn't do anything though, and the driver of the monitor still checks as AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT. How do I install the driver correctly?

    Hello,
You have to install the monitor driver like this: https://us.answers.acer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/27830/related/1

Thank you. I have installed it, however I'm still stuck at 60 refresh rate. I've checked out both in Display Settings and the monitors own menus, but nothing has changed
