Contacting Acer Warranty Feedback

Since none of the support technicians can help me on the phone, I would like to know where I can contact Acer's Warranty feedback. I was quoted $330 for a replacement controller on a WMR headset, with $150 of it being 'labor'. I think it's beyond insanity that the 'repair' costs just as much as buying a complete new headset. To cancel the repair, I have to pay a $50 'cancellation' fee in order to get the broken item back, even after I told Acer that I would like to purchase a replacement controller. It leaves a sour taste for situations like this.

    I understand your feeling, I just experienced another crazy situation w/them. I purchased a monitor less than 30 days ago and they want me to ship it back for repairs and wait for it to return, meanwhile, no monitor for me to use. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY ACER. I'm trying to find a link to let them know of my disappointment, they have zero links to email them anything.
