CB3-431 won't charge. ACER rejected my warranty, though I bought the unit on 10/29/19. Bye, ACER!

Everything about this experience was bad.  I tried to call--the tech created a case, and told me he'd email me a way to send in my proof of purchase, and then didn't email me.  I checked the case number--it was never created.  I tried to register the unit, online, when I checked my case# in vain, thought I had succeeded, and then when I got the bots on the phone-tree, they told me it wasn't registered, and over and over, that my unit was out of warranty, even though I bought it 10/29/19.  I could. not. break through the iron curtain of your stupid bot-driven phone tree.  I finally gave up, and am using my purchased Staples warranty to get this product fixed.  FYI--I have bought at least five Chromebooks for myself and my kids from ACER, but it will never. happen. again.  To say you have bad customer service is the understatement of the century.  On top of all that, despite not registering me, the site did manage to capture my email, and now I am the subject of cheerful spam from the most pathetic bot-driven system in the world.  I wasted four hours of my time yesterday, and got nothing, no-thing, nada, zilch, efes, bupkes, zippedy doo-dah for all my efforts.  You need to fire whoever is in charge of this pathetic system, because they cost you a loyal customer.  ALWAYS, ALWAYS, have a way for the customer to reach a human being.  Tesla's computer driven cars are still crashing, and bot-driven CS systems have cracks in them.  FIX this XXXXXX before you lose more customers.  Good-bye, and I hope to never hear from you.
