Requesting Help for abnormal & loud fan noise

Hello, newbie here.

I have problem regarding the abnormal & very loud fan noise in my laptop.

My laptop specs =

Acer Predator 15 G9-593-750K

Model No.= N15P3

i7 6700HQ CPU @ 2,60 GHz

The issue started since last year when I bought my laptop to countries with 110V, when the laptop was working with 220V power. And I replaced my factory thermal paste with new Thermal grizzly paste.

At beginnings, the fan noise only started when I'm running games, but recently it directly started minutes after I just turn on my laptop.

There are no issue in running programs and the temperature is also fine around 50-70 Celcius.

I've tried to unplug the fans power cable and the noise disappear,

but my laptop temperature will jump very high to 90-100 Celcius under load.

I hope that somebody can assist me for this issue. Thanks in advance.

solitaryworld have you tried optimizing windows and undervolting also if you applied kryonaut your temps shouldnt go over 85'ish max cpu and 70/75 gpu unless it was a bad repaste i recommend you to do it again use the spread method only a thin layer covering both diodes its enough too much paste its bad also check if your heatsink its not bent in any way and the thermal pads are not damaged as they need tp be intact in order to level the heatsink good luck

I've tried to undervolting as u suggested and reapplied the thermal paste (mine was Hydronaut but I'm not sure it will be much different)

Also recheck the heatsink and thermal paste, both condition was totally good. I also routinely remove all debris and dust.

However the problem still persist.

And I'm not sure about the optimizing windows parts, can you be more specific?

With the fan ON, the temperature is totally good (50-70 C), but the static noise is very loud.

but With the fan OFF, the temperature rising to 90-100C, but totally silent and the static noise is gone

I can just turn the fans OFF by unplugging the fan cable and problem solved. No static.

However,

I'm very concerned that my CPU and GPU cannot last long without fans to dissipate the heat.

Correct me if I'm wrong and no offense..

but I think no matter how good my thermal paste is,

if I turn OFF the fans, the temperature will jump very high in instant and will impact my CPU & GPU in the long run.

I tried to use external laptop fans as replacement of inner fans, but the temperature is still very high.

Any other suggestion?

solitaryworld check my signature for the youtube channel with help on how to optimize windows and kryonaut its the best available right now and no you cant/shouldnt be switching off the fans you will burn your mobo you can if youre out of warranty try to get new fans and replace them just in case the ones you have are faulty here are the part numbers you need to get new replacements
