Hello, everyone.

I've had 14 inch Switch 1 (SF114-32-P5FJ/NX.GXUED.009) for about 10 months now. The battery is at 70% health according to Windows 10 battery report, which is very worrying since the laptop has seen only light use. Normally I use my trusty 5K iMac and only take the laptop with me when traveling which is about once a week. I never run the battery completely empty and always try not to charge to full 100% in order to avoid storing the battery at high SOC to prolong life. I'm inclined to believe there is an issue with this particular battery since losing 30% SOH is not no where near normal in 10 months and the moderate number of cycles I've put on it. Any idea whether Acer will replace it as I'm still under 12 month warranty that came with the computer?

    Hi pertussis,
Since your unit is under the warranty contact the acer support they will definitely help you in repair or other options. also try to reinstall the battery drivers. go to the device manager.  expand the batteries and right click on the acpi-compliant. uninstall the driver and restart the unit.
check if its working. Check the link below for acer support.

Not charging to the full capacity tends to confuse Windows. Do a couple of battery calibrations and I'd guess it'll go back to showing better stats.
