HDD Kit request for my Predator G3-571 is denied even though I provided Physical US address.

I wanted to order HDD Kit through https://csapps.acer.com/kit-request/#submit for my Acer Predator Helios 300, G3-571. I ordered my laptop from Amazon US and I had it delivered to a company that ships items to Mongolia at my own expense (They are located in California). And I tried to do the same with the HDD Kits from Acer Website, because there are no local Acer support in Mongolia. Getting it delivered from the US through the company is the easier way for me. So I filled out the information needed on the Acer web page (including the physical US address). Few days later I received an e-mail regarding my request and it said that the HDD kit can't be shipped to outside of US. I tried to do the same request on the web page but it said there was request pending for this device already. I tried to contact support through their live chat and their phone number, but they kept connecting me to 3rd party supports because my device was out of warranty and every time I request HDD Kit from them, they said contact Acer. At this point I have no idea how to contact to Acer. All I want is the HDD Kit delivered to the address that I provided, which is a physical US address. And from then, the I would get it delivered to Mongolia at my own expense.

You can contact to the Acer store no. directly they will be able to ship you the part. you will get Acer store no. from below mentioned link.
Also, When you contact Acer and the call is routed to 3rd party support inform them that you need to buy HDD kit and you are ready to pay. They will transfer your call to Acer.

Get it from eBay or Amazon where you got your Helios 300.

Khuslen thats completely correct the kit cannot be shipped outside of US/CA its only available for US/CA residents probably when you provided the US address you also stated that you would get someone to ship it outside if thats the case you shouldnt have mentioned it as the item request its exclusively local thats why it came denied maybe @Acer-Manny, @Acer-Karp or @Acer-Jose could look up into it and manage to get it sorted
