Brand new Acer Swift 5 Dead/Stuck Pixel and fan noise. What do I do?

Hi there! New to the Acer Community here. Help would be much appreciated.

I recently made a purchase of the Acer Swift 5 
SF514-54T-58QX, 4 days ago to be exact at JB HI-FI. Since then, I have noticed that the claims of the laptop having a quiet fan don’t seem so true. I find that I can hear the fan running and it’s quite noticeable, and this is when I am only running 1 or 2 word documents. If I open a couple google chrome tabs and do regular browsing, the fan becomes louder and I can definitely hear it. I bought this computer for the purpose of its claim to give a quiet experience.

Another issue I have noticed is that there is 1 dead/stuck pixel on the display. I am well aware that under the warranty 1 pixel is not covered under the warranty but considering I’ve had this laptop for 4 days and experiencing this, I feel concerned. Is there anything I can do about both of these problems? Thanks.

    Immediately return it to the vendor/seller as defective for a refund or exchange before the vendor's RMA policy period expires. Jack E/NJ
