Hi, I've been trying to get rid of the 'critical error, your start menu isn't working', that keeps appearing when trying to go into windows settings, or use office etc.
I've tried every possible answer on Google, but still it's coming up.
So I've tried to do a factory reset, unfortunately it keeps going back to the normal start up after about 60%.
Basically I would like to do a full reset, but it won't let me!! Help??
Laptop is a swift3, only 2 months old.

Looks like the OS is corrupted.. You may contact acer support to get recovery drive which helps to re-install the operating system.
