GAMING6698 the OP issue here he is thermal throttling thats why his fps drop because the cpu/gpu will clock down when it throttles dropping the fps along with it nothing to do with vsync (in fact i never use vsync in any games always on max settings and i always get the max my device hardware is capable of)

Same i also not use vsync it will lower fps when fps increases .
