    Hi!

I have the same problem.  I bought my laptop in Spain 2 weeks ago.  I tried to install W10 and it has been impossible.  I have contacted the technical service of acer.  They only send me instructions that don't match my type of bios and when I call them they don't know what to answer.  Yesterday a lady from the technical service of ACER SPAIN, told me that I should not have bought that computer and that it was my fault!  He blamed me for a bug presented by his computers!  Amazing.  Today, at 10 in the morning they told me that they would call me in a maximum space of one hour, it's 7:41 pm and I'm still waiting.  I am very disconnected with acer.  I do not recommend anyone to buy their PC.

    Hi Az1234

    I booted from USB finally!

    How?

Just created another usb boot drive selecting GPT UEFI option instead of MBR BIOS/UEFI which is the option used to create the usb boot drive I normally use.

    That's all.

PD: I solved it a couple of days after posting the issue but I forgot to post the solution, lol sorry for that. Added an 8GB ram stick now got 12GB and my laptop works fine!
