Hello, I have been using the XF240H as a secondary monitor for my laptop, connected via mini DP to DP.
My laptop has a GTX 980M with a Mini DP, HDMI and VGA output.
After everything working properly yesterday, today, when I tried turning my monitor on, it did not get a signal even though the DisplayPort cable is connected.
I also have my Nintendo Switch connected to the monitor via HDMI, and this still works fine.
I have tried connecting the monitor to my laptop via an HDMI cable but this also didn't work.
Does anyone know if this is some sort of issue with my graphics card or is it more likely the monitor?
Thank you in advance for any responses.

There are multiple steps you can try to fix this..

Update the laptop graphic card drivers
Make sure to disconnect the Nintendo switch while connecting with HDMI
Check with another laptop using HDMI.

I had tried just reinstalling the drivers but that by itself didn't help. However, doing a clean install of the graphics drivers did end up fixing the issue. Many thanks for the help!
