Hello,

Owner of AN515-42 (raven ridge cpu, radeon rx 560x gpu).
Came across a blurb today that indicated while gaming, reducing the maximum processor state puts more stress on on the gpu, forcing it to work harder and thus achieving greater performance potential and achieving a few more framerates. Has anyone tested this out?

Doubtful. Max potential usually achieved with battery near 100% charged, charger plugged in and performance power plan BEFORE heavy gaming load is started.  But it certainly can't hurt anything to test the claim by adjusting  your advanced performance power plan processor settings. Jack E/NJ
