Dear all,
I'm facing serious problem with my Predator Triton 500 with the RTX 2060. After one hour of gaming or so, my game crashes and when I try to open the game again the system reports that the DirectX11 is not supported. Also, I got the Blue Screen problem when I restart the laptop. Then it is reported that my RTX 2060 is not connected to the computer and after a few times restarting it starts to work again but like I said above, I still have the the problem whem playing games.
Please tell me how to fix it.
Thank you all

Sounds like Thermal throttling, what are your temperatures when this happens? Run PredatorSense until it happens then check the temps in PredatorSense

Please click YES if I answered your question

I am not an ACER employee
Thank you and have a blessed day  B)

The CPU was 95 Celcius degree and the GPU was 80 Celcius degree! I don't think it's thermal throttling though.
