my 4 month old Acer swift 1 is not working. It is completely dead: lights are on but no display, no response, no light blinking. Where can I bring it for service?

In order to help you better in this issue, I request you to please share the exact complete model # of your computer.
As a work around, please try performing Power Drain by following the steps below:-
1. Turn off the laptop completely and ensure nothing is connected to laptop.
2. Flip the laptop up side down.
3. Look for battery reset pin hole. As I am not sure about your laptop model, I do not know whether it comes with battery reset pin hole or not.
4. If you find one, insert a suitable tool like paper clip or pin or needle to the pin hole and hold it for 30 seconds.
5. Then flip the computer and try powering it on.
