my 4 month old Acer swift 1 is not working. It is completely dead: lights are on but no display, no response, no light blinking. Where can I bring it for service?

As a work around, please try performing Power Drain by following the steps below:-
1. Turn off the laptop completely and ensure nothing is connected to laptop. 2. Flip the laptop up side down. 3. Look for battery reset pin hole. As I am not sure about your laptop model, I do not know whether it comes with battery reset pin hole or not. 4. If you find one, insert a suitable tool like paper clip or pin or needle to the pin hole and hold it for 30 seconds. 5. Then flip the computer and try powering it on.
This might help you in getting the screen back. Please post back the result.
