Hi, Sorry to hear about your issue. Find the temperature information of your unit below.

Predator products are engineered to withstand higher operating temperatures than traditional notebooks. These systems include features that help with cooling and heat dispersion. The CPU and GPU are designed to handle temperature spikes in excess of 98 degrees Celsius without causing damage to the components. It is common for PC temperatures to spike temporarily during heavy gaming or graphic usage. If the system encounters excessive temperatures that could damage the hardware, it will automatically shut down to protect the components from becoming damaged.
If in case if the unit is still hot, check the link below and choose your location and contact the Acer support in your location.
                                http://www.acer.com/worldwide/support/

You can also try the below steps and check.

    Power Drain and BIOS RESET

    1) Unplug the AC power adapter.
    2) Press and hold the Power button down until the unit goes off.
    3) Search for a pinhole that has a battery symbol next to it on the backside of your laptop, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole, press and  hold it down for 25 seconds. Then release the paperclip and turn the unit back to normal position.
    4) When the unit is off completely, press the power to turn on the unit.
    5) Immediately keep on tapping the F2 to enter the BIOS.
    6) In the BIOS, press F9 to reset the BIOS to setup defaults.
    7) At the confirmation screen, press Enter for Yes to load the default configuration.
    8) Press F10 to save your changes, and restart the system. Select Yes and press ENTER to confirm.
Try this and post your results.

I hope that this is helpful to you! If I have answered your question click YES alone please, thank you  :3

Temps seem normal for intensive game playing. Uninstall, don't just disable, any non-Microsoft virus scanners might be running in the background like Norton, McAfee, AVG, Malwarebytes etc. Windows Defender and MaliciousSoftware tool are all most people need. Jack E/NJ

Blessin optimize windows and undervolt even further with TS check here if its only spikes over 85 its fine but if its constant i suggest you to either repaste it yourself with kryonaut or similar if you can without voiding your warranty or contact acer support and send it back to get it repasted bare in mind the cpu shouldnt go above 85'ish max and the gpu 70/75 on 90+ should be on the throttling limits if not already this would mean it will down clock itself to stock to lower the temps and you would notice very well loosing all performance and even in some cases crashes when this happens also last option you can try (before eiter you repaste it or send it back to repaste) its to reset to stock recovery clean install to rule out completely any software issues (backup whatever you need first and dont let windows install any updates) and after undervolt it again with TS and test it to see if the issue still persists and if youre on win10 1909 it will get even hotter as windows implemented a feature to always have you cpu at the highest clock only on 2 cores while the other stay idling waiting to be used as i said many times here and everywhere else worst windows version (its not even a full version update its just to enable some dormant services implemented on 1903 thats it) just followed by 1803
