Help with repair?

Hello, i am a bit desperate that is why i am writing here. I sent my laptop(still in warranty) for cleaning the fan and radiator but that was 10 working days ago. And still when i check my status says repair in progress..This is for 10 days so i need the laptop a lot and need some info.. tried to phone i was on hold for 30 mins tried to e-mail no response tried to to use call me in 30 mins, 3 hours later still waiting.Live chat is off. So don`t know what is going on? Can someone tell how long it takes ? Or from where i can ask .Acer is big company and acts very suspicion.Anyone had the same issue?
