Is there another way to track my laptop besides the repair tracker, and email? I can't trace my laptop. In the repair tracker the case status is closed since 12/20/2020, and I keep on following up on email but no one cares on replying. I keep on coming back to the store where I surrendered for warranty but they told me they're not replying.. How many days does it take to return the laptop after it's been serviced?? and why does it take too long? does it need a lot of paperwork?? My capstone deadline is near and my laptop is nowhere to be found.
