I have an Acer Aspire X3995 desktop computer.
But it has a small problem sometimes.
When I press the power button it does not turn on.
It can take about 5 minutes to turn it on by itself.
Do you have any ideas, is it the power supply or maybe the motherboard is switching off?
Or something completely different?
