Internet connection issue after new install of windows Aspire e1-532-2635

I have an Aspire e1-532-2635. My hard drive died recently and i swapped it out with another one and installed windows 7 on it. The install is complete but i cannot connect to the internet to download my drivers. My wireless wont pick up the router nor does it connect with a hardline. I know the router is good because everything else connects to the internet just fine. I tried to download the drivers to my sd card and it wont read that either. Im at a loss of what to try next.

Simple solution, format your HDD and install Win-10 and forget about Win-7, its ancient! Internet connection and drivers are more problematic with Win-7 than Win-10 (even though, your problem is strange?) with the same effort that you put into installing Win-7 you could have easily installed Win-10! Make sure that you have a Microsoft account to register your new Win-10 with your old Win-7 product key, this works 100% and the upgrade to Win-10 will cost you nothing, I've done this many times and with many old Win-7 laptops and desktops (since Win10 was released) to upgrade from Win-7 to Win-10.
