Right click speaker icon in tray. Click recording devices. Right click microphone. Click properties. Click level tab. Slide both microphone and boost to maximum. Jack E/NJ

I did it, they all set maximum, but it didn’t work either. When i tested the recording function, there wasn’t any movement in the microphone array line, but when i checked the record i still heard my voice but very low.

Do you have anything plugged into the headphone jack? Anything else plugged into the other ports other than a mouse? Any bluetooth devicesrunning? Jack E/NJ

    (1) Do you have any bluetooth audio devices running?
    (2) What do you have plugged into all the laptops ports?

I have a sony speaker connect via Bluetooth, but I didn’t turn it on at that time. Does it have something related to it?

I did check it with the sony speaker paired to my laptop too, the same problem occurred, through the Bluetooth speaker, my voice recorded still very low compared to normal

Shut BT speakers off. Unpair them.  What else do you have plugged into the laptop's USB, thunderbolt, HDMI, headphone jack, or other ports? Jack E/NJ

Is this machine still under warranty or new enough you can return it to the vendor for a refund or replacement? If not, the only thing I can suggest is a full factory reset as shown in the video below. If the problem remains after a reset, then arrange for warranty repair service. Jack E/NJ

Yes, it’s still under warranty. I’m at the store now and they haven’t found out what issues. Thanks for yr help!

I will. They did a factory reset but it didn’t work so i left my laptop there for them to check it with support team and I’ll have a replacement later
