Hello,

since a week or so I get a message on my screen that I have only 20 minutes on my laptop left. The 'funny' thing is that I get this message while my laptop is connected by cable to the electricity net at home, so it should be continously charging. I checked my cable etc. Nothing wrong there. The only thing that works is to discconnect my cable from my laptop and the wall outlet SEVERAL times, and then the bayttery is cahrging again. Weird.
Ik hope one of you guys/girls have a solution for me.
Laptop is a little less over 2 years old...

Thx!

Thanks Jack but I discovered it is a faulty extension cord ...

You probably have a loose connection with the charger plug when it's inside the laptop power jack. Look inside the jack with a flashlight and make  sure the slider contact is visible. It may need to be bent toward the center pin with a toothpick, to make good contact with the charger plug's outer ring when it's inserted. The battery LED light should orange or blue when the charger is plugged in. Jack E/NJ
