I bought a brand new Nitro 7 laptop from their store in September. It was working fine for some time and up until now it broke 3 times. The battery just stops charging when I unplug the laptop for my classes and then plug it back it. It just stops charging.
It's the third time and I doubt they will actually do something to help me with this issue.
They should call me tomorrow XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I am a college student and i spent 1000 dollars on this laptop alone, plus handling prices twice when I had to send it to their repair facility.
Acer is the worst company ever and I will never ever buy anything from them ever again and I will tell everyone I know about my experience just so they know how rotten this company actually is.
