This was a gift to my mother inlaw, it stopped working after led than one year and she gave it back to us. Life got in the way, and just yesterday I found it again.

I tried a few charges and cables, so it must be the unit that's not working.

I'd gladly try a new battery if you send the instructions on how to replace it

@VictorCubias do you know which model it is? One thing that can happens when it's been left for too long of a time is the battery will get below the charge threshold and can't be charged. The only real fix is a battery replacement, but instructions have changed from SKU to SKU on these...
