Acer Aspire TC-780A supported hard drive capacities

Will Acer Aspire TC-780A work with 6TB hard drive?
I am thinking about replacing DVD with hard drive.

Sure, it's the OS and filesystem type that determines HDD capacity limits. MBR formatted disks have either a 2TB or 16TB limits, GPT disks have a 9.6ZB (a zetabyte is like a billion terrabytes) limit. If you are running a UEFI OS like W10, you should already be GPT.
