As the title said I want to create a Win7 recovery disk whereby I can re-install Win7 on this computer. Attempt on Microsoft web site said my product key was through manufacturing partner.
Also need a System Repair Disk if that is a separate download.
Thanks

Am able to do it from my computer "Create System Image", however it states that "Backup could take 122GB of disk space" Was going to use DVDs but the ones I have are only 4.7GB. Will try for larger capacity.
Thanks for the help.1

Good afternoon Pedro123 !
Which EXACT model of your computer and which version of Windows 7?
If it is an OEM system, some models were supplied with DVDs by Acer.
Others only have the option to create the recovery media through the system itself.

Model: Aspire E1-771. x64 - based PC Windows Ver: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601
I did not get a included CD on Purchase. I was able to create a Repair Disc though. Going into System Recovery it asks to do it from a previously created System Image - which I don't have.
As mentioned my Acer Product Key does not work on the MS web site.

Attempted to use 128USB but Win7 does not allow System Image on USB. Tried some internet suggestions but none worked. Ended up using my 1 Terabyte external hard drive. All went well.0
