Hi, new here. Need support to resend IPS and owner email address to Microsoft same as if I just purchased the computer. The Aspire ATC 780A was purchased over a year ago. Was using it then started getting MS message, fix your MS account likely a PW problem. When i tried to do that i just got an error, ID not recognized. I setup another MS account and was able to use computer but every now and then got the account error message on the original ID. I opened a trouble ticket and after 4 plus hours online chat and problem escalated to 3rd level I got an email stating I have to go back to my ISP provider.
