How do I replace the Battery inside my Acer Nitro 5? (My Laptop Model Is An AN515)

I use my laptop a lot and while i was browsing the web normally, i heard a loud click and my laptop shut off instantly. I wasn't able to turn it back on for a while but now it does which introduces me to a new problem: Trickle Charging (Where your laptop still loses power even when it is charging). I thought it was my charger so i grabbed a universal charger which outputs the same wattage as the one included with my laptop. Same issue continues to occur. This leaves me to think that my battery is bad and won't let in a lot of power or use way more than is needed. What is causing this issue and if it is my battery, how do i replace it?
