[Triton500] fan speed and heat

Hey, I wanted to know how many hours can you play with the Acer Triton 500 (2019 i7.9750-2060rtx) with fan speed at max or nearly max (5500) without risking of damaging them or damage internals from the heat?
when I play generally the gpu is between 65 and 78 degrees and de cpu always over 80.
What are the recommendations thank you. 🙂

AsIIsA as long as you can handle just bare in mind in the long term keeping the fans on max will decrease their life span also cpu shouldnt go over 80/85 max and gpu 70/75 if you havent optimized your windows and undervolted please do so check here  if by any chance your still going over 85 even after undervolting you need to repaste it with kryonaut or similar if you can yourself without voiding your warranty otherwise send it back for a repaste with stock thermal paste
