Long story short, I had to bring the laptop to someone more capable than I to fix the issue (by reinstalling the whole Windows 10 OS apparently). Well the original problem was fixed but now I encounter new problem. Basically every 10mins to 20mins the laptop would freeze for 2-3mins while doing anything other than being idle(playing games, watching YT, heck it even froze once while I was writing this). I know 2 things that the dude changed while reinstalling windows. He changed, well reinstall windows with the boot mode to legacy from UEFI originally and SATA mode(not sure if that's the name) from rst with Optane to ACHI. Im not an expert or anything but I wouldn't be surprised if the freezing has something to do with the changes, in the same time I also doubt myself.

What am asking is, how does one change both the thing? cause god ***** it looks super confusing.
Also if someone already know a way to fix the freezing, I would love to do that instead.

Knowing why the laptop is freezing up can be hard... it could be related to a misbehaving driver, some piece of malware, a bad SSD controller, ... I.e. nothing that I would dare troubleshoot from afar I'm afraid, unless suggesting you reformat the thing and see if the problem goes away (you could do it yourself, it wouldn't be hard and we could give you some pointers).

As for changing the boot mode of the device back to UEFI and the storage operation mode to RST, that's far more easy. You'd need to access the firmware settings (press F2 several times when you power on the device) and those settings are there. Depending on the firmware version, the SATA operation mode may be hidden though but it should appear in the Main tab if you press Ctrl+S there.

Buuuuuuut I have bad news for you in that regard, Windows ain't happy with those changes without reinstalling (or re-deploying and that may be more daunting), so if you were to change from AHCI to RST you'd find yourself with a non-booting machine (until you reverted back to AHCI again). So if you want to change them back you'd need to reinstall Windows.

Let's see if somebody else has more input on what you could do, but otherwise if you need a guide or tutorial let us know ;)
