Laptop bsods often. 



 Chrome also crashes claims out of memory. Have tired to refresh and reset pc but get error their was something wrong.

    There's something wrong indeed, it's weird to see out of memory errors because the RAM is usually backed up by the paging file or swap; I sometimes run an insane amount of things and tabs at the same time and I have yet to stumble upon that situation.

    Maybe it's something that has to do with the OS installation, that laptop shipped with an SSD so that rules out the issues of a mechanical disk (bad sectors, damaged because of impacts, etc.) but maybe its controller is malfunctioning leading to that.

    I think Acer has way to restore the machine to what it used to be when you got the laptop called D2D (never used it, but there are people here who know the procedure, I'm sure one will let you know how it goes). But if all else fails you could try deleting it all and installing Windows anew :/
