Non existent support Aspire 5

I bought an Acer Aspire 5 two months ago on Amazon. It has failed. It wont boot and I cant even get into BIOS or even boot from a USB stick. I sent in a repair request 10 days ago. I received no response. I sent in another repair request last weekend. Again no response. Today I contacted Amazon. They conferenced me in with Acer who validated my warranty and told me that I was 2nd in line and that it would be 5-10 minutes. 54 minutes later Amazon asked me if I wanted to continue the call. I said they could call me back. They of course never did. To be honest I am asking for my money back as I cannot get either a simple repair or even a response out of tech support. No way do I want to own a product from a company that has zero after market service. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had.

    I am sorry that you're experiencing this, unfortunately the Acer Community is not a direct portal to technical support, but i will try to assist you the best to my ability. Can you please confirm what methods are you using to communicate with Acer support? How did you requested the Acer repair?

    Have you tried a power reset?

    Please send me a private message with the serial number of your Aspire 5.
