Hi, sorry to hear it. Kindly try power drain by following the below steps.

    Power Drain

    **********

    1)Unplug the AC power adapter.

2)Press and hold the Power button down until the unit goes off.

3)Search for a pinhole that has a battery symbol next to it on the backside of your laptop, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole, press and hold it down for 25 seconds. Then release the paperclip and try to turn on the unit and check.

If that doesn't work, try to do BIOS defaults by following the below steps.

    RESET BIOS

    *********

1.When the unit is off completely, press the power to turn on the unit.

2.Immediately keep on tapping the F2 to enter the BIOS.

3.In the BIOS, press F9 to reset the BIOS to setup defaults.

4.At the confirmation screen, press Enter for Yes to load the default configuration.

    5. Press F10 to save your changes, and restart the system. Select Yes and press ENTER to confirm.

If this doesn't work, Try uninstalling and re-installing the Touchpad drivers of the unit, follow the steps below:

    1) In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager.

    2) Right-click (or press and hold) the name of the Touchpad driver, and select Uninstall.

    3) Restart your PC.

    4) Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

Post your results after trying these.

I hope that this is helpful to you! If I have answered your question kindly click YES, thank you  :3
