I bought this PC for the wife for Christmas and out of the box it was working fine for a while, then it started dropping connections and continues to. In fact, it spends more time not connecting than connecting and it getting increasingly worse. I've downloaded both of the latest drivers for the Ethernet and WiFi devices and still the problem persists.
I've gone through several suggestions off various sites including Acer on how to fix this problem without success!!!!!!

I keep getting "Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration" and "WiFi doesn't have a valid IP Configuration", although I have 5 other devices that connect without issues to the same modem/router.
I'm almost at the point that would rather throw this thing in the trash unless someone can give the answer to get it to work properly.  HELP!!!!!!!!

Open DeviceManager. Click "network adapters' folder. Right click on the wifi adapter. Uninstall the driver. Exit Device Manager without reinstalling anything. Shutdown. Turn the machine back on. Jack E/NJ
