Help with Acer Predator Helios Gaming Backpack Promotion.

I have spoken to two people and sent multiple email messages. Acer told me they don't handle the promotions. The promotion company doesn't answer their phone (busy call back later message). I finally got an email through and received an email apologizing for the delay in which they said they would ship my backpack...but the message didn't include my building number or flat number. When I replied to that message from promotions@acer.UK it came back undeliverable. Could somebody help me. I am living in Poland do it's hard to locate those that speak English. Thanks in advance.

    Sorry, just to clarify, the Acer Forum Discussions were designed as a peer to peer support community where Acer users help other Acer users.
